We know The Surin hotel, because we have already stayed. Unfortunately we never left in March due to the current political situation. We hope to return next year!!
There are hundreds of steps in the property and it is not clear in the booking.com information that this is the case. I have already complained about this several days ago but you haven’t responded- shocker!
